To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your account: Request a Return by logging in and following the instructions provided.

2. Receive a prepaid label: After requesting a return, you will be sent a prepaid return label along with detailed instructions.

3. Prepare your return: You can either schedule a DHL Express collection or drop off your return at a local DHL drop-off location.

Return in store

You can return your order to our Conduit Street Store. Present your Return Authorisation reference to a colleague upon arrival. Contact [email protected] to obtain the reference prior to your visit.

Refunds will be processed through our Head Office and credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
